- We are currently recruiting for a
- Fleet Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in
Shaftesbury on a temp-to-perm basis.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
Maintaining the vehicle database, including driver details, maintenance schedules, mileage, and costs.
Ensuring fleet compliance, including road tax, MOTs, and insurance.
Producing a variety of fleet reports.
Strong computer literacy.
Accurate data entry skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
