The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.
Hours: 7am - finish (usually around 3.30pm), 5 days per week - no weekends!
We are looking for a dependable and flexible individual to join our small, friendly team as a Multi Drop Van Driver on a permanent basis. You will also be required to provide relief cover when required in the coldstore. This will be to cover holiday, approximately 4 weeks of cover required this year, the work is in a temperature-controlled environment at -20C (full protective clothing provided), picking and preparing frozen orders.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that requires a strong team ethic and a willingness to support colleagues across different areas of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Safely and lawfully driving company vehicles
- Using our delivery driver mobile app and route tools (e.g., Google Maps, what3words)
- Carrying out pre-delivery vehicle inspections when required
- Supporting other departments as needed
- Respecting and maintaining customer confidentiality
- Picking and preparing customer orders in our coldstore (when required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Full, clean UK manual driving licence (insurance requirement)
- Previous customer service experience
- Confidence using basic technology and mobile apps
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and schedules
- Warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential
- Evidence of work reliability and stability
