Our client is one of the town's longest established companies and an absolute pleasure to work for! They are currently looking for an accounts assistant to join their busy team. The role is offered on a 3 month contract, although there is the possibility of an extension.

The role includes:

  • Processing expenses
  • Importing files through systems interface
  • Setting up new vendor accounts on our ERP system (Navision)
  • Processing weekly returns from our outlets, which will include journals and checking of paperwork
  • Balance sheet reconciliations

Experience required:

  • At least a year in an accounts administration role
  • The ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Able to prioritise and manage your own workload
  • Some experience of sales ledger

In return, the company offers some excellent benefits and an hourly rate of £9.50.
