About the Role Project Managers play a key role at Swanky, communicating constantly with client teams and helping to coordinate and manage our expert teams. You will be joining the UK New Build teams, working on large eCommerce projects with a particular focus on migrations to Shopify Plus. Your responsibilities will include: Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion using Agile methodologies, with a focus on large and enterprise-sized Shopify builds. Oversee project teams and ensure effective collaboration between developers, designers, and other key stakeholders. Facilitate regular client meetings, including sprint playbacks and project progress reviews, addressing any concerns and adapting plans as needed. Develop project timelines, set budgets, and ensure all deliverables are aligned with client goals. Build and manage strong client relationships, fostering trust and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, while delivering commercially successful projects that meet client requirements throughout the project lifecycle Identify and mitigate project risks by taking proactive measures and fostering effective collaboration between internal teams and clients to ensure project success.
