THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Head of Sales – UK & Europe to lead our growth across the region. Based in our London office, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, developing key accounts, and expanding our presence across corporate and branded merchandise channels. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the CEO and GM of Sales to deliver regional sales targets, build strategic partnerships, and elevate the Swanky Socks brand in one of our key global markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead sales growth across the UK and Europe, owning regional budgets and KPIs
- Drive new business across corporate, promotional, and branded merchandise channels
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, agencies, and corporate clients
- Identify market opportunities and advise on regional sales strategy
- Represent Swanky Socks at trade shows, client meetings, and brand activations
- Collaborate with the global team to align sales efforts with product development and marketing
