Swanky Socks is an Australian-born sock company with a growing presence in the UK. We specialise in custom B2B socks for businesses and also run a B2C online store. Over the years, we’ve built a reputation for quality, design, and reliable service, and we’re continuing to expand our team as our London operations grow.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Supply Coordinator to join our London office. This role will support our Sales Manager, help manage customer orders, and coordinate with suppliers to make sure products are delivered on time. It’s a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organised, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling inquiries and keeping clients updated.

• Assist the Sales Manager with quoting, order processing, and day-to-day coordination.

• Liaise with suppliers and freight companies to track production and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems.

• Solve order or delivery issues quickly and professionally.

• Support with general office and administrative tasks as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or order coordination.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines in a busy environment.

• Comfortable using CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in the promotional products or merchandise industry is a bonus.
