Were looking for a Marketing Digital Designer to join our in-house team someone whos passionate about producing high-impact visual work that directly contributes to commercial performance. From animated paid ads to beautiful email campaigns and strategic CRM journeys, youll play a central role in making our clients marketing visually exceptional.

What Were Looking For

Required

  • 23+ years experience in digital design for ecommerce or marketing.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-performing campaign creative: email, ads, social content, and motion design.
  • Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, animation, rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Understanding of what drives performance in digital creative (click-throughs, conversions, engagement).
  • Experience designing for CRM platforms (ideally Klaviyo), paid media channels, and landing pages.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects & Photoshop).
  • Motion design using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and highly organised.

Desirable

  • Experience with video or animated ad content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce email flows and campaign design.
  • Comfortable writing or editing short-form campaign copy.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices for ecommerce.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Designing high-performing creative for paid campaigns, CRM, and social content across a range of client industries.
  • Creating motion assets (where needed) for ads, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Producing on-brand, conversion-focused email campaigns and lifecycle journeys in platforms like Klaviyo.
  • Supporting the marketing strategy team in developing creative for product launches, promotions, and evergreen content.
  • Iterating quickly based on campaign performance data and feedback.
  • Occasionally supporting ecommerce UX/UI design work as needed.
  • Helping push forward Swankys creative standards in performance marketing design.

  • Salary £26,000 – £34,000 per annum DOE

  • 30 days holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays, plus 1 additional day per full year served, capped at 5
