What you'll do in this role:
- Be the first point of contact when checking in late arrivals and walk-ins.
- Ensure a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome.
- Perform cleaning tasks within the front of house, external and breakfast areas, and set up meeting rooms and breakfast for the next day.
- Ensure guest and business safety and security is a top priority at all times.
- Evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly during a fire emergency.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with guest complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
