The Swan and Talbot is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our on-site kitchen in Harrogate. You will support the kitchen leadership in delivering high-quality dishes for pub guests and staying visitors, coordinating mise en place and assisting with stock rotation.
You will train junior kitchen team members, collaborate with front-of-house colleagues, and contribute to menu development while upholding food safety and hygiene standards during busy service.
