Duration - 12 months plus
Rate - £65p/hr – Outside IR35
Location – Leatherhead, Surrey
Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 remotely
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the major electrical packages for a significant 'normally unattended' Greenfield facility. The project also comprises brownfield aspects requiring interface engagement. The successful candidate will be the focal point between the Client's PMT and the KBR PMT, procurement and engineering teams.
The main packages include VFD driven Compressors and main Electrical equipment such as 110kV switchgear, transformers, switchgear, VSD etc. The successful candidate will be looking across those major packages to drive the multi-functional delivery of the RFQ process, including integrating with the construction team on ROS dates, build sequence etc and facilitating stakeholder buy-in.
They will be supporting the engineering disciplines with a broad understanding of the scope. They shall have solid engineering background to facilitate technical issues resolution and shall have prior experience of working with major equipment suppliers, in roles of package engineer or package manager. Experience of ICSS design will also be an advantage. Building strong working relationships with the client and prospective suppliers will be critical.
