40hrs per week – 5 days in the office.
Experience :-
- Someone who has supported a Senior Company Executive as an assistant –
- Previous experience with Aramco or other ME energy companies is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Must have excellent SharePoint/ Word/ Excel/ Docusign skills
Duties include:-
- Travel arrangements, diary management, meeting organisation, event organisation, and office management.
- Requirement to support Saudi Aramco personnel in their search for accommodation, schooling, transportation, etc as they settle themselves & their families in the UK
