KBR Leatherhead office is seeking an experienced Proposals Co-ordinator to support the growth of our Civil Nuclear business unit, reporting to the Proposal Manager and collaborating with sales and operations to deliver client-focused, winning proposals across the UK.
The role covers:
- Coordinating bids throughout the life cycle
- Drafting templates
- Ensuring branding and quality
- Managing document production
- Tracking deadlines
- Using Ariba, Jaggaer, Achilles and other portals
