The predicted salary is between 44595 - 54505 Β£ per year.

  • Administrator - for client project (Saudi Aramco)
  • Location – Leatherhead
  • Rate - Β£18 p/hr PAYE (please advise if slightly higher rate sought)
  • Duration – 10 months
  • Start – ASAP

40 hrs per week & 5 days a week in the office.

Job responsibilities

  • Project letters - number, issue & file.
  • Liaise with IT for conference room issues & manage general IT requirements for the project team.
  • Manage office supplies such as stationery, coffee pods, and coffee machines.
  • Manage special needs for team members.
  • Organise business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, airport collections/transfers).
  • Must be an experienced user of Word/Excel/Share Point/Docusign. Liaise with KBR admin assistants for co-ordination, communication & addressing issues as they arise.
  • Support Aramco personnel in their search for accommodation, schooling, transportation & other issues which they require for settling themselves and their families in the UK.
  • Support document management activities as required.
  • Individual must be enthusiastic & a self-starter who is willing to engage with the client team and internal KBR support departments to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
