We are seeking a 4 session Salaried GP to work at either of our village surgeries in Liss and Swan Surgery in Petersfield, taking on an established patient list.

Main duties of the job:

  • We operate across five sites in Hampshire, including one in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook.
  • As part of our commitment to sustainability and quality care, we are seeking a 4 session Salaried GP to work at either of our village surgeries in Liss & Swan Surgery in Petersfield, taking on an established patient list.
  • GPs will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals including clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team.

About Swan Medical Group: We are seeking an additional salaried GP to join our esteemed team, comprising 11 Partners, 18 salaried GPs, and a robust Nurse team delivering Rapid Access services and Chronic Disease management. With a patient base of 37,000 individuals, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated GP to contribute to the team.
