We are seeking a long-term Locum GP to provide 6 sessions per week, primarily based across our Liss surgeries in Hampshire looking after an established patient list.
Main duties include operating across five sites in Hampshire: one in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook. You will work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, alongside clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team.
