We are seeking a 4 session Salaried GP to work at Swan Surgery in Petersfield, taking on an established patient list.
Main duties of the job include operating across five sites in Hampshire, including one in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook. GPs will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals including clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team.
About us: We are seeking an additional salaried GP to join our esteemed team, comprising 12 Partners, 18 salaried GPs, and a robust Nurse team delivering Rapid Access services and Chronic Disease management. With a patient base of 37,000 individuals, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated GP to contribute to the team.
