We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a stable track record of placements and achieving targets and must be comfortable with business development and developing long term client relationships.
Main purpose of the role: To understand and match the needs of clients and candidates. To manage the full 360 degree, end to end recruitment cycle. To provide quality tailored recruitment solutions in line with the company's award winning service.
Main responsibilities:
- Source Candidates (using database, networking, recommendation, headhunting and advertising).
- Build a technical vertical market of candidates by correctly entering their details into Influence. All candidates should be fully skilled and where applicable “end dated” regarding their availability.
- Interview, screen and qualify candidates for roles.
- Generate leads through identifying opportunities that arise from candidate job movement.
Client Management:
- Identify sales opportunities amongst new and existing clients through cold and warm calling, networking and arranging and attending client meetings.
- Begin to gain commitment whilst taking job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain a key list of contacts and their contact information by entering their details into Influence.
Sales and General Activities:
- Plan and prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed KPIs and targets.
- Build up to date knowledge of own technical vertical market or industry sector.
- Develop knowledge and sound understanding of the company's terms and conditions to enable good negotiation and correct compliance with clients.
- Undertake reference checking for every candidate that is put forward for a role to ensure that quality candidates are provided.
