The Swan Hotel at Stafford is now recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in this established hotel. As an experienced professional Head Chef, you will have run busy fresh food kitchens, maintained 5-star hygiene kitchen operations and are able to manage, develop and lead your kitchen team through every type of service session. You will have a keen interest in the creative food scene and want to put your own stamp on your menus.
