This is initially a temporary position for 6 months, with the potential to become permanent subject to business needs and performance.
Hours: 24.5 hours
- Tuesday 14:30pm - 18:00pm
- Thursday & Friday 10:00am - 18:00pm
- Saturday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Swan Family is offering an exciting opportunity for a Family Intervention Worker to join our warm and supportive team in Sefton. You will be working within our Children and Family Contact Centre and out in the community, helping to create safe and positive environments where families can connect, grow, and thrive.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children and young people by transporting and escorting them safely to and from family contact sessions
- Observing and supervising contact sessions between children and their families
- Safeguarding children by risk-managing and intervening appropriately when needed
- Writing clear, factual observation reports within agreed timescales
- Attending planning meetings and reviews to support children's progress
- Taking part in training and supervision
