Join Our Team: Family Intervention Supervisor
Location: Dartford
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 09:30am - 6pm
Contract: Permanent
Main Objectives:
- The Centre Coordinator will deliver high quality, child-focused and outcome-led interventions to children, young people and families on an as required basis.
- The role involves liaising with families to set up the service they require, supervising family time, providing direct family support, conducting welfare checks, delivering parenting interventions and working collaboratively with professionals to promote positive family relationships and safeguard children.
- The post holder will support families to improve parenting capacity, strengthen relationships and achieve sustainable outcomes.
- As Swan Family continues to grow and develop new services, the role may expand to include additional support services and innovative intervention programmes.
