SWAN Autism Scotland (SWAN) is looking for a Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. SWAN is a national charity. We support autistic women, girls and non-binary people across Scotland through peer support, information and advocacy.

This is an important role. You will help the Board understand SWAN’s finances and make well-informed decisions. You will support good financial management and help ensure the charity is sustainable. You do not need to have been a Treasurer before. If you have experience of working with financial information and can explain it clearly to others, we would like to hear from you.

What the role involves:

  • Attending Board meetings and contributing to discussions.
  • Reviewing financial information (such as budgets and reports).
  • Supporting good financial oversight and decision-making.
  • Helping ensure the charity meets its financial responsibilities.

Time commitment:

  • Around 10-15 hours per month.
  • Board meetings are held on Zoom, approximately every six weeks.
