Swallownest Health Centre is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, polite and highly motivated Patient Services Advisor (Receptionist) with good communication skills who would like to join our friendly and hard working team. The post is working 28 hours per week.
Working Hours:
- Monday - 08:00 - 14:00
- Tuesday - 11:30 - 17:30
- Thursday - 13:30 - 17:30
- Friday - 08:00 - 16:30
The Health Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 18:30.

About us: Swallownest Health Centre is a large practice with approximately 16,500 patients currently across one site. We have 5 GP partners, 9 salaried GPs and a large team of nursing and attached clinical staff, which are all complemented by our administration/reception staff.
Please note that if you are successful and are a patient of ours, you will be asked to register at an alternative practice.
Job responsibilities: The attached job description demonstrates the core responsibilities of the Patient Services Advisor. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks. This will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels.
