Core responsibilities:
- To prepare and cook food in accordance with all hygiene regulations
- To be aware of specific dietary requirements and respond to resident comments and requests
- To ensure that waste is disposed of in the correct and safe manner as detailed by the Head Chef.
- To assist with the serving of food as required.
- To assist in ensuring that the kitchen area is compliant with all health and safety and food hygiene standards.
- Any other duties as reasonably expected.
