Swale Academies Trust is seeking a Pastoral Support Manager for our The North School's Alternative Provision.
The role is term-time, 37 hours per week plus 5 staff development days, with a salary of £27,188–£28,929 FTE.
You will work alongside the Lead Teacher to provide pastoral support, deliver targeted interventions, maintain safeguarding procedures, and engage with staff, external agencies and parents while keeping detailed records and supporting various school projects.
