Swale Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to provide effective administrative and operational support across our academies. You will be the primary contact for Headteachers and staff, handling HR, payroll and contractual processes to strict deadlines.

Key duties include:

  • New starter administration
  • Contracts and offboarding
  • Liaising with ICT, Recruitment, Headteachers and external payroll provider
  • Maintaining GDPR-compliant personnel records
  • Updating pay and leave
