We are looking to appoint a part-time Admin Support Assistant for 3 days a week 8.30-14:00 to join our office team. A flexible approach can be taken to the days worked, but it must include Fridays.
We are looking for someone who can combine administrative skills with kindness, confidence and empathy with our children and families. This post is a front facing role and the successful candidate will be answering the phone, greeting visitors, sending and replying to emails and generally helping with any other reasonable administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school. The post will also involve day to day interaction with children in a busy and varied environment.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise work in a busy office environment. The ability to work using their own initiative and be an effective team member is essential. Prior experience of working in a school environment and with school systems, such as Bromcom and Google Docs, is preferred.
