We provide specialist day and residential education and care for secondary‑aged autistic boys (10‑19 years). The school offers excellent working conditions, paid school holidays, career development opportunities and staff training in a beautiful environment.

The role uses afternoons and evenings, plus every other weekend in care. You will support students in a range of skills that enhance their independence and social inclusion. Key duties include:

  • Recording and reporting on the well‑being of students
  • Report writing, data input and analysis
  • Attendance at meetings and monitoring of student achievements

Qualifications:

  • QCF (NVQ) Level 3 Health and Social Care (desirable for care positions) or willingness to study and attain this qualification in a designated timescale, funded by the school
  • GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics Grade C or above (essential) and ICT literate
  • Experience of working with students with ASC (desirable)
