Swalcliffe Park School in Oxfordshire is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help secondary-age boys on the autism spectrum access learning, build independence and participate in the life of the school and community. You will work with a Key Stage team alongside teachers, therapists and residential colleagues to support safeguarding and student progress.

This role requires experience in education or youth/community work, strong teamwork, and commitment to pupil welfare.
