We are continuously innovating on behalf of Amazon customers to deliver larger selection quicker and at lower prices. In this role, you will drive profitability and customer experience by directly influencing the development, planning, and execution of our transportation network.

The role will require quickly learning operations to grasp the big picture in order to develop financial metrics. As part of this, you will need to communicate clearly and succinctly with business leaders to influence decisions with data. Working across Europe and North America, you will partner closely with Product, Program, Operations, and Commercial leaders to define the expansion strategy, proactively solving the challenges and opportunities that this creates.

To succeed, you will need to quickly familiarise yourself with operations, gaining a holistic understanding of our business. Your ability to communicate effectively, delivering clear and succinct messages, will be indispensable as you engage with key stakeholders to shape strategic decisions. Your willingness to respectfully challenge your stakeholders, backed by compelling data-driven arguments, will ensure that decisions are anchored in sound judgment and aligned with our overarching goals.
