SWAGGA PCN Limited in South Liverpool is seeking qualified GPs to deliver a hybrid model of hub-based face-to-face clinics and home visits to support our practices. The post-holders main duty will be to conduct face-to-face appointments within a hub and to undertake home visits, triaged by the patient’s practice GP.
As an ARRS funded role embedded within SWAGGA PCN core network, you must have completed CCT and be GMC registered. Sponsorship is not offered for this position.
