We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Quality Engineer to join our Quality team. In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and execution of quality plans, product specifications, and process control systems across new and existing products. You will work hands‑on with manufacturing, engineering, and support teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, and reduce the risk of external escapes. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain quality assurance and process control plans.
  • Analyse product, process, and measurement system capability.
  • Support PQP events, gage R&Rs, and validation for new products.
  • Train teams on quality tools, methods, and requirements.
  • Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical degree + 3+ years in quality, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or QMS auditing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross‑functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or a Quality‑related field.
  • Advanced problem‑solving skills (DOE, Six Sigma).
