SWAAY is hiring a Therapist to support a small caseload of approximately 6–8 young people who have experienced developmental trauma and complex needs. The role is based in Wokingham/Binfield with some travel to residential homes, offering supervision and specialist training.
You will deliver individual and group therapy, collaborate with education and residential teams, and contribute to integrated care for young people. The role includes DBS checks and safeguarding responsibilities.
