Key Requirements

Working Environment

You will work within a team and receive regular training, guidance and supervision. No single day is the same; you will not be expected to manage alone.

Pay & Hours

  • Hourly rate: £12.80 – £13.48 (depending on experience and qualification) + sleep ins.
  • Shifts: 3 pm – 11 pm, 10 am – 11 pm, with sleep‑in duty. 6‑week rolling rota for stability.
  • Annual salary: £27,600 – £29,000 (including sleep‑ins).
