The Role: We’re looking for a freelance Wine Tasting Party Host to deliver unforgettable tasting experiences in customers' homes. You’ll be the face of SWAALLY, bringing our unique brand of fun, informative, and totally laid-back wine tasting to life.
You’ll:
- Host private wine tasting parties with confidence, energy, and personality
- Talk in-depth about a curated selection of wines (WSET Level 2+ required)
- Bring equipment (wine, glasses, accessories, etc.) to and from events
- Transport and store tasting kit safely between bookings
- Keep things fun and accessible while answering wine-related questions
- Encourage guests to book future parties
- Invoice us after each event
Requirements:
- WSET Level 2 qualification or higher (essential)
- A fun, friendly, confident personality – you love entertaining people
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to drive to and from events (must have a full UK driver’s licence and access to a car)
- Space to store wine glasses, placemats, and accessories between tastings
- Over 18 and have the right to work in the UK
- Available for weekend work (most parties are Friday–Sunday)
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently
