Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

London | £29,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | £45,000+ Year 1 OTE

Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy working across professional white-collar markets and is looking to hire ambitious graduates and entry-level candidates for its London team.

Recruitment is a competitive, commercial environment where the more you put in, the more you can get out.

You'll learn how to win business, build relationships, negotiate and develop your own specialist market with full training provided.

No previous recruitment experience required.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take responsibility for both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process, including:

  • Headhunting and engaging professionals within your market
  • Building relationships with candidates and senior decision-makers
  • Developing new business and growing existing client accounts
  • Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer process
  • Negotiating deals and closing business
  • Building a strong network within your specialist sector
