An international search firm specialising in global commodities and energy markets is expanding its presence in the United States. We are looking for an ambitious Associate Consultant to join the London team and support the development of the firm's US energy markets practice. This position offers the opportunity to join at an early stage of a new market build, working closely with experienced consultants while developing the skills needed to operate in a highly specialised international market. For the right individual, there is a clear pathway to relocate to Texas within 12-18 months as the US platform develops.
The Opportunity
Working alongside senior consultants, you will contribute to the growth of the firm's energy markets practice, supporting clients across the US from London. The role provides exposure to a wide range of commercial and technical professionals operating within energy and commodity markets. Rather than simply supporting recruitment processes, you will play a role in developing relationships, mapping markets and supporting long-term client growth in the US.
