Our client is hiring ambitious, target-driven individuals to join their Central London team in November 2026 .
You don't need recruitment experience. They're looking for people who know how to sell, aren't afraid of picking up the phone and are motivated by hitting targets and earning well.
The role You'll be trained across the full recruitment process, from winning new business and headhunting candidates through to managing interviews, negotiating offers and closing deals.
Day to day, you'll be:
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Generating new business through outbound calls and business development
Sourcing and headhunting candidates for live vacancies
Interviewing and qualifying candidates
Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
Writing job adverts and approaching relevant talent
Arranging interviews and managing feedback
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Working towards individual and team targets
