No previous recruitment experience required.
What You'll Be Doing You'll take responsibility for both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process, including:
Headhunting and engaging professionals within your market
Building relationships with candidates and senior decision-makers
Developing new business and growing existing client accounts
Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer process
Negotiating deals and closing business
Building a strong network within your specialist sector

A degree isn't essential. Experience in sales, estate agency, hospitality, retail or other target-driven environments is welcomed.
The Package £29,000 basic salary
