Our client is looking for ambitious individuals to join their growing team and build a career specialising in the US engineering market.
This isn't a generic recruitment role. You'll be given ownership of a specific US region and engineering niche , allowing you to become a genuine expert in your market and build your own network, reputation and client base.
What you will be doing:
You'll initially join as a 180 Recruitment Consultant , focusing on:
Sourcing and engaging engineering professionals
Building strong candidate relationships
Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
Making placements within your specialist market
After approximately 4–5 successful placements , you'll begin progressing towards a 360 consultant role , taking on business development and client management.
