A leading boutique executive search and board advisory firm is looking for an ambitious, intellectually curious graduate to join its team, supporting senior leadership appointments across a range of industries.
The Role
Research industries, companies and senior talent markets.
Identify, approach and assess potential candidates.
Support consultants on executive and board-level searches.
Prepare candidate profiles, market maps and research reports.
Develop commercial awareness and build relationships with senior professionals.
About You
Strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or above.
Excellent analytical, research and communication skills.
Commercially minded, curious and interested in business and leadership.
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
Confident building relationships and engaging with people.
Previous executive search experience is not required. We are looking for someone with the drive, curiosity and potential to develop into an outstanding search professional.
