The Role As an Executive Search Consultant, you'll be responsible for: Researching and mapping specialist markets Identifying and approaching senior-level candidates Building relationships with high-calibre professionals Developing new and existing client relationships Conducting detailed candidate interviews and assessments Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful placement Advising clients throughout the recruitment process What They're Looking For You don't need previous Executive Search or IT experience — full training will be provided.
