The Opportunity
As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, working with both candidates and clients within the exciting FinTech market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and identifying candidates for specialist FinTech roles
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Conducting candidate screening and interviews
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing vacancies
- Developing your own network within the FinTech market
- Working towards individual and team targets
