We are working with a leading independent executive search and board advisory firm to find an ambitious Research Associate to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in executive search and recruitment, working alongside experienced Partners and Consultants on senior-level assignments for leading organisations, private equity firms and high-growth businesses.
The Role
- Conducting market research and talent mapping
- Identifying and approaching senior candidates
- Building candidate networks and market intelligence
- Supporting Partners and Consultants on live searches
- Conducting initial candidate conversations
- Researching companies, sectors and markets
- Preparing candidate profiles, reports and presentations
- Developing strong relationships with candidates and clients
You'll receive training and support from experienced consultants, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.
