Our client is growing and looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. This is a sales-focused role within the technology recruitment market, offering the chance to build your own client base, develop a specialist network and progress quickly based on your results.

You don't need recruitment experience. What matters is having the resilience, competitiveness and determination to succeed in a demanding but highly rewarding environment.

The Opportunity

From day one, you'll receive structured training and work alongside experienced consultants as you learn how to:

  • Source and headhunt candidates
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Generate new business and develop your own accounts
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Negotiate offers and close deals
  • Build your own market and become a specialist in your chosen area

As you develop, you'll take increasing ownership of your desk, clients and earnings.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally be:
