Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their growing London team.

This is not a sports role. However, our client is particularly interested in graduates who have competed in sport at a competitive level, as the discipline, resilience, competitiveness and commitment required to perform in sport can translate strongly into a successful career in recruitment.
You will be joining a target-driven, performance-focused environment where communication, relationship building, determination and the ability to perform under pressure are highly valued.
No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment databases
- Build and develop candidate pipelines
- Screen CVs and applications
- Conduct telephone and video interviews
- Build strong relationships with candidates
- Develop relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Arrange interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Write and advertise vacancies
- Research markets and identify potential candidates
- Maintain accurate records using recruitment and ATS systems
- Support business development and client relationship activities
- Work towards individual and team targets
- Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience

- 2:1 degree or above
