The Opportunity
Our client is a growing and ambitious recruitment business looking to appoint an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving graduate looking to establish a long-term career in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and client management.
You do not need previous recruitment experience. Our client is looking for graduates who can demonstrate strong academic achievement, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, resilience and the ambition to succeed in a target-driven environment.
You will receive structured training and ongoing development, working alongside experienced recruitment professionals and learning the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
- Build and manage candidate pipelines
- Screen CVs and applications against client requirements
- Conduct candidate interviews by telephone and video
- Build strong professional relationships with candidates
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Arrange interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and publish job advertisements
- Maintain accurate records on the company's ATS/recruitment systems
- Research markets, sectors and prospective candidates
- Support business development and client acquisition
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Provide a high-quality candidate and client experience
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group university or equivalent xgikmsk
- Strong academic record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware and motivated to develop a career in recruitment
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working towards targets
