Our client is looking for ambitious salespeople to join their growing recruitment team in Central London this November.
If you've already proved yourself in a sales environment and want to move into a career where there's serious earning potential, clear progression and plenty of responsibility, this could be a strong next step.
Recruitment experience isn't required. You'll be given structured training and support, but you'll need the commercial attitude, resilience and drive to make the most of it.
What you'll be doing
From day one, you'll be involved in both the candidate and client side of recruitment, including:
- Winning new business through outbound calls and business development
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Headhunting and approaching potential candidates
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing live vacancies from brief through to placement
- Writing job adverts and sourcing talent
- Arranging interviews and managing the process
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working towards individual billing and revenue targets
Who they're looking for
The ideal person will already have experience in a sales, business development or target-driven environment.

The package
- £28,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- £40k–£50k OTE in Year 1
- £50k–£75k OTE in Year 2
- £75k–£100k+ OTE in Year 3
