About the role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll kick-start your career and hit the ground running, taking charge of the recruitment process, making an impact from day one - closing deals and earning top commission!

What would your day to day look like?

  • Calling candidates, screening them and shortlisting them to specific jobs.
  • Speaking to clients, negotiating terms and arranging interviews between them and candidates.
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
  • Closing deals and billing big!
