The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate in a commercial, performance-driven environment where success is measured by results. You’ll build relationships, win new business, and place high-calibre professionals - earning commission on every deal you close.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Developing new client partnerships through proactive outreach
- Sourcing and engaging candidates via headhunting and networking
- Managing interviews and advising candidates and clients
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Working towards clear revenue and performance targets
- Building and growing your own recruitment desk
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months’ experience in a sales or commercial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
