Salary:
- Year 1: £27-£45k OTE
- Year 2: £60-70k OTE
- Year 3: £100k+ OTE
Fast Progression: Promotions based entirely on performance, with leadership roles achievable in 3-5 years.

Your role:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
- Connecting top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients - understand hiring needs and match the right people to the right roles.
- Develop industry knowledge - become an expert in your sector to advise clients and candidates confidently.
